Analysis of the training system of the science technicians who support the utilization-support development activity

The public research institutions are required to training the Science Technicians who bear R&D technical works and intellectual infrastructure, for training human-resource interact the society and the national science and technology policy, by the 4th Science and Technology Basic Plan. Nuclear Science Research Institute (NSRI) has been training high level engineers and technicians, who have ability to work from the basic-technology development to the utilization-support development. Moreover, NSRI needs to maintain the training system for the Science Technicians. I researched capability of realization of the Science Technician training system on NSRI radioactive measurement activity. It was found that provision of the work environment, in where the Science Technicians investigate a trend of domestic and foreign top-level technology development, and they experiences the advanced technology, is needed to training the Science Technician.
